Welcome to “DREAMSCAPE”, a Loveladies NJ contemporary oceanfront home with 5 or 6 Bedrooms and a Bunk Area. 3.5+ Baths and Sleeps 16! Built high on the dunes on Long Beach Island with fantastic unobstructed endless views of the Atlantic Ocean and Barnegat Bay. House stands alone on the sandy beach with the nearest neighbor over 200 feet away providing a wonderful feeling of privacy.

The new large Fiberglass rooftop deck provides fantastic views up and down the entire island including views of Barnegat Lighthouse.

House is newly renovated with vinyl siding, decks, and composite railings. Four upgraded bathrooms including ceramic and marble floors with new fixtures. New furniture, bedding, kitchen cabinets, and Granite countertops.

Garage area converted to a large 1,000 SQFT Great room with Flat screen TV, couches, two twin beds, Ceramic tile floors, a refrigerator, French doors, and an interior stairway to the middle floor.

All living areas, Great room, Master Bedroom, and Stairways upgraded to Hardwood floors with Pergo wood in other bedrooms.

New 2-zone AC system and gas heat.

High-speed internet with Wi-Fi.

Ten beach badges are provided for family rentals!!

Tennis courts are nearby within 200 feet of the house. Lifeguards patrol the beach directly in front of the home for safety.

LBI is located 30 min from Atlantic City, 1 hour from Philadelphia, and 1.5 hours from NYC

Payment Details:

50% deposit due with lease signing

50% due 30 days before check-in

$1000 refundable security damage deposit

Group Rates are extra $3000-6000.

Security for groups is $200 per person

Pets are accepted with a $250 Pet Fee

Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM.

Cancellation Policy: The tenant shall be responsible for the entire lease. If the tenant wishes to cancel for any reason, the tenant must do so in writing to the owner. The lease shall be terminated only after another tenant is secured or permission from the owner is given.

Wonderful Stay

The house is wonderful and the rooftop deck is awesome.  The new kitchen is very functional for several cooks at a time and the new bathrooms and floors are very nice. It was a huge help to have the second refrigerator downstairs.  We used the downstairs room for our 1 year old since it had blackout curtains and was furthest away from the bustle upstairs. The crib rental went fine as did the linen service, Bed and Bath Rentals. However, I would use a different linen service next time as the sheets were of poor quality. The house is steps from the beach and the views from all the bedrooms and decks are superb. We had a great week and I recommend this house to anyone wanting a nice quiet week at the beach.

We rented this beautiful house on the beach to celebrate our 55th Wedding Anniversary with our immediate family: 7 adults and 7 children and three dogs. The children did not stop smiling. They were in the ocean every day right near the lifeguards. We ate dinner every night on the balcony overlooking the ocean. There was always a slight breeze and it was absolutely delightful. We sat out there for hours talking and enjoying the sound and sight of the ocean. I would say that that was our favorite spot in the house. We hardly watched TV, but we did put together a 1,000 piece puzzle. Dinners were easy to prepare in the well-stocked kitchen. We also ordered dinners from restaurants nearby. The house is not fancy and we would have preferred that it came with sheets and towels. The lifeguard is a short walk away, but I had trouble getting there as I am in my 70s and it was difficult for me to walk on the sand. My husband and I had our bedroom on the second floor right off the living room and kitchen, so we had no trouble getting around while in the house. I forgot to mention the roof-top porch. The children loved it! Right before sunset, they would climb up the stairs and watch the beautiful sunsets. In the morning, we could see the sunrise over the ocean. This house was nature at its best!

Beautiful Oceanfront Vacation

Spent two weeks at this house in Loveladies in July with large group. Spectacular views from near\y every room, especially rooftop deck – 360 degrees of island and expansive views of beaches. Great sunrise and sunsets; Good outdoor seating areas, very private and can’t get closer to the beach. House is comfortable, well appointed with many updates. Owner is responsive to any responsive to any questions or issues. Great location.

My family has been enjoying this house for the last several years. Every summer we take our children and grandchildren to the house for vacation. This is an excellent house for a summer vacation at LBI, especially with an extended family. The house is so close to the beach, very convenient to the life guard station at Loveladies. Easy to go back and forth for the little ones, for lunch or anything . The owner is constantly upgrading the house – recently the deck was enlarged to make it even better than before ! The owner is also extremely responsive…one time we had an issue with the outside grill and he had someone deliver a replacement within an hour ! Great house , Great owner, Great location !

My old buddies and I from undergrad came together and decided to rent a shore house together for the week and we could not have picked a better beach house. The only thing that could compete with the memories we made were probably the stunning views of the ocean. Highly recommend if you are looking for a classier home in a more upscale town. The owner is extremely friendly and easy to work with too. Overall 5/5 experience, cannot wait to go back!

This home was very large and had a beautiful view of the ocean! It has a modern kitchen and bathrooms and plenty of bedrooms for a family! It has close access to the beach which is great for going back and forth to the house during the day. The owner is very friendly and easy going, I’d recommend renting from him.

We had a great time in this perfect Ocean Front beach house. Chris, the owner was great to work with and the spacious layout and tons of rooms/beds makes it a terrific place to spend your vacation. The views are incredible from every room and the master suite is great. Hope to get back there soon.

We stayed at this house last August and had a very pleasant vacation. The best feature of this oceanfront home was the fantastic views. There is an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean from all decks and from four of the five bedrooms. Beach access was right outside the French doors. We found the house to be clean and comfortable. The rental process was very simple and having electronic locks made it user friendly with no fear of losing a key or locking ourselves out of the house. I would not hesitate in recommending it to any of my friends.

This house has views that are out if this world. We stayed there this past summer and I can’t get over how much we enjoyed it. We would sit on the deck for hours just staring at the ocean dreaming of faraway lands. It felt like I was on a cruise ship with my own private balcony overlooking the ocean. I hope to rent again this summer if I can get away from work. The owner was very friendly and responsive to all our requests. The house has plenty of space for a large family like mine especially with the numerous decks and new gigantic family room. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation right on the beach on lovely Long Beach Island!
