Welcome to the “Blue Cape”! A newly renovated and refurbished single-family expanded Cape home. Enjoy the view of the Barnegat bay from your 2nd story decks.

Featuring 5 Bedrooms and 2.5 baths.  Includes newer central air and a newly renovated kitchen with island and new floors! Close to the Ocean, Bay, Fantasy Island, Bay Village, miniature golf, and numerous restaurants and clubs.

This cute and cozy beach house was recently renovated and refurbished with all new ceramic and tile floors in bathrooms and living areas including new fixtures in bathrooms. Furnished with all new furniture and the entire home was newly painted! New kitchen with dishwasher and stove.

Ideal for 2 families to share or for groups. even in the Spring.

House is rented weekly In Season from mid-May to September and is available weekly or for extended getaway weekends for couples or family gatherings or small groups from October to May.

This is a great home for family gatherings due to its proximity to Fantasy Island.

PAYMENT DETAILS:

50% deposit due with lease signing

50% due 30 days before check-in

$750 refundable security damage deposit

Group Rates are extra $3000-6000.

Security for groups is $200 per person

Pets accepted with a $250 Pet Fee

Check-in time is 3PM. Check-out time is 10AM.

Cancellation Policy: The tenant shall be responsible for the entire lease. If the tenant wishes to cancel for any reason, the tenant must do so in writing to the owner. The lease shall be terminated only after another tenant is secured or permission from the owner is given.

House is available for seasonal rental from Memorial Day to after Labor Day and weekend rentals in May and June and after Labor day. Ideal for one or two families to share or for weekly or seasonal group rentals and/or special weekend getaways.

This was our second year enjoying this great property ! The location in Beach Haven is totally perfect , a quick walk or bike ride to Chegg , Murphy’s Market & Fantasy Island. The house has been consistently updated with new hardwood floors this year & 2 new updated bathrooms ! Plenty of parking & a great outdoor shower to boot ! Definitely would recommend for an enjoyable trip to LBI !

Very nice place, clean & spacious.
Kitchen has been nicely updated with butcher block center island & new appliances ! Awesome location, very close to Bay Village & all the activities ! Only 1 block and half to the beach. The owner is very nice & extremely easy to deal with. Would recommend this house to anyone , we will definitely be back in the summer of 2021

I just spent a week here with my family and we had an amazing time in the house! Loved the brand new kitchen and all the work that has been done to the house. The home is close to the Chegg and fantasy island for the kids! I will be coming back next year!

We stayed at this house last Summer and had a great time. Even though it was not a large home, it was brand new and modern on the inside with five bedrooms and two and one half bathrooms. The four bunk beds came in handy when we had extra guests. The location worked great for us with the Ocean and Bay beaches nearby and being within easy walking distance to Fantasy Island Amusement Park. We are planning to rent again this summer. I recommend this house highly.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We stayed at this house last summer and had a great time. The house is small but very well kept and clean. The interior was brand new! There were plenty of beds and 2 and one half bathrooms was an added plus. We spent a lot of time at Fantasy Island and Bay Village which were within easy walking distance from the house. The landlord was very easy to deal with. I would recommend this house highly for families with many kids!
