Welcome to “SUNSETTER”.  A fabulous 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Beach House, only one house off the ocean. Located in Surf City on Long Beach Island NJ.  This Oceanside home has beach access at the end of the driveway with no streets to cross.

The house was renovated and furnished by a professional decorator to provide a relaxed and beachy feeling. There is an all-new modern eat-in kitchen. Cathedral ceilings in the Great Room (living room, dining room and kitchen), and also in the Master Bedroom Suite. Ceramic tile in all living areas and Pergo wood floors in all four bedrooms.

3 new televisions plus new appliances and furniture throughout house. WI-FI High-speed cable internet! Master suite features a king bed and sitting area with couches and love seats and a private bathroom.

The second & third bedroom have a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a twin bunk plus an additional twin bed. The Living room has a couch and love seat.

The house is a two-story, ranch-style home which has central air and gas heat with numerous decks and plenty of large windows for beautiful views of the ocean.

The house has plenty of off-street parking for your convenience plus a new outdoor shower. The home is located at the end a beach block just a few steps from the beach (one back from the ocean) with no street to cross to get onto the beach.

House is close to miniature golf, many family activities, kid-friendly restaurants, ice cream stands, bicycle rental stores, etc.

The house is conveniently located close to the causeway at the entrance to LBI and 30 minutes from Atlantic City with its Famous Boardwalk and World Class casinos, 1 hour from Philadelphia and  hours from New York City.

Payment Details:

50% deposit due with lease signing

50% due 30 days before check-in

$750 refundable security damage deposit

Group Rates are extra $3000-6000.

Security for groups is $200 per person

Pets are accepted with a $250 Pet Fee

Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM.

Cancellation Policy: The tenant shall be responsible for the entire lease. If the tenant wishes to cancel for any reason, the tenant must do so in writing to the owner. The lease shall be terminated only after another tenant is secured or permission from the owner is given.

We had never rented through here before and were pleasantly surprised with the process and with the rental. The owner Chris was so responsive, courteous and helpful throughout each step and the house was perfect for our family. Clean, well stocked kitchen, and perfect location with tons of parking!!! Had a wonderful week with our family!!! Hoping to do 2 weeks next summer!

We really love this house and the easy access to the beach. That is why we have rented it for the past four Summers. It is just the right size, clean and well kept by the owner. He makes renting with him a breeze. The wrap around deck provides great views of the ocean and the and sunsets in the evening. The house is right in the center of plenty of activities and restaurants. It is only one block from the mini supermarket which we found to be great convenience with young kids.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We had a great vacation at this house the past two summers. There are nice views of the ocean. The easy access to the beach at the end of the driveway was a definite plus for us especially with having young children. The house was clean and well kept. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. He made the rental process a breeze. We received our security refund immediately after the rental. would recommend this house to anyone with kids since it is so close to the beach and lots of kid activities and restaurants. We plan to rent it again this coming summer!
